As a urologist, Dr. Antonio Castello saw the need for better technology to solve incontinence.  He was not satisfied with the existing surgeries to treat incontinence, as the success rates were not as high as he thought should be possible. 

He created new products to solve incontinence, focusing

on difficult cases that were not solved by other surgeries.
